Our desire for quality in our family ran business and the teamwork that we have, are the key to continuously commit to the cultivation and production of a quality product.

We are the second generation of this family business that constantly worked in the production of Berries. Inheriting all the experience of the previous generation. Our efforts and our passion are focused solely on the cultivation of beautiful and tasty Berries. The very Strawberries and Raspberries that we collect and deliver to many different markets around the world.

All our  family at Lujovi participate and collaborate in all the different aspects and areas of our company. You can find members of the Lujovi family in the fields dealing with the cultivation and care of the plants, at the same time you can also find other family members in the sales office and doing administrative tasks.

We believe that our strong family ties support our company, especially our goals for the production of quality fruit and the commitment to achieve such goals. Which is the creation of our delicious berries from seedlings all the way to packaging.

The region outside the town of Rociana del Condado, is where we grow most of our Berries. Surrounded by countryside, which are full of other crops such as vineyards, olive trees and sunflowers. It is a wonderful place that offers many favourable conditions for our agricultural purposes.

OUR LOCATION

In the heart of Huelva

Lujovi is located in the Spanish town of Rociana del Condado, in the province of Huelva, the largest Berries production area in Europe. A sunny and warm region, where for most of the year we have a sunny bright skies and a moderate to warm climate. This is Andalucia, in the south of Spain, where our soil is rich and the nearby Atlantic coast influences our climate in a way that is beneficial to our Berries.

As a family, we think about the future of our children, not only in terms of business and work, but also in the environment and natural resources that we will leave for them. That is why we have a deep awareness for the preservation of nature, and a responsible approach of the use of water and treatment of the soil, even more so because we are close to one of the largest Natural reserves in Europe. The Doñana Natural Park.

Our history

More than 30 years cultivating experience

1983
Beginnings
We were a farming family from the town of Rociana del Condado. Dedicated mainly to the cultivation grapes. In 1983 we decided to grow Strawberries and Raspberries, founding the company of LUJOVI, S.C.A. Early on, we had decided that we would be involved in all all stages of production. From planting to harvesting, packaging, sales and administration we offered a complete service to our customers. Starting with a small farm of 4 hectares, we currently have a hundred hectares of Strawberry fields. Twenty hectares of Raspberry fields and fifteen hectares dedicated to growing Blueberries. We also have one hectare for Blackberries.

Pioneers
In addition to the usual standard packaging demanded by the Market, in 2004 we created a Heart-shaped tub. In 2011 we patented the Heart-shaped tubs, which come in different sizes and weights. Giving our Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries and Blackberries a romantic connotation.

Innovators
In 2014 we presented our new TRIMIX packaging, in which we offered a pack consisting of Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries or Blackberries. Adapting to the demands of the market, we achieved much success in a very short space of time, due mainly to the high quality of these products. Mostly all our production was for Eastern European countries.
